About the event
Join us for a rich and immersive afternoon that blends live music, storytelling, and classic American humor inside the intimate setting of The Curtain Call Cabaret & Lounge.
The show begins with the unforgettable stylings of Banjo “Like the Dog” Youngblood, an Americana folk performer whose life has been as adventurous as his music. Born and brewed in Houston, Texas, Banjo found his voice riding the rails and performing across the country—from train yards to circus stages. With over a decade in circus and a lifetime of stories behind him, his performances are a unique blend of music, humor, and heartfelt storytelling. His style has been compared to the likes of Utah Phillips, Roy Clark, and even a touch of Kermit the Frog—equal parts soulful, playful, and deeply human.
Then, settle in as the stage transforms for “Forever Mark Twain,” a captivating one-man show starring longtime actor and comedian Steven Corelis.
